For Standard (Retail/Online) Buyers


 

Return Eligibility

 

Return Period: You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.

 

Item Condition:

To qualify for a return, items must be:

- In their original, unused, and unworn condition.

- Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exclusions:

- Pre-Owned/Preloved Items: Items designated as pre-owned or preloved are not eligible for returns.

- Customs Duties: The customer is responsible for customs duties on returned items.

 

 

Return Process

 

Initiating a Return: Within the 14-day return window, contact our customer service team at returns@poshpinnacle.com or returns@sonakmedia.com. For defective or incorrect items, please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will then provide detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

 

Shipping Your Return:

- For Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is covered by PoshPinnacle using a trusted carrier (UPS, DHL, or FedEx) with active tracking.

- For Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Shipping Requirements: Use only UPS, DHL, or FedEx (tracked shipments). Returns sent via standard postal services without tracking may not be accepted.

 

Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 7 to 10 business days. If the item meets our return criteria, we will approve the return and process your refund.

 

 

 

Refunds and Cancellations

 

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within five business days following approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

Cancelled Orders: If an order is cancelled within 48 hours or before shipping, a full refund will be issued without any deduction of transaction fees.

 

Missing Packages: If your order does not arrive, please get in touch with us within 15 days of the shipment date to file a claim.

 

 

 

Additional Information

 

Non-Eligible Returns: If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria or if we do not receive further instructions from you within 30 days, the return may be rejected. In such cases, the item will be returned to you and billed for any additional shipping costs incurred.
